On 20 February 2025, the Obligations Discussion Group will be hosting a panel discussion on Recent Cases in Equity, which will focus on La Micro Group Inc v La Micro Group (UK) Ltd [2024] UKSC 42 and Johnson v FirstRand [2024] EWCA Civ 1282.
