We are very pleased to host Dr Hafsteinn Kristjansson, who is a Oxford DPhil graduate, Stipendiary Lecturer in EU law and jurisprudence at Balliol college (Oxford) and Assistant Professor at the Law Faculty of the University of Iceland.

He will discuss his paper on 'Sharpening the Constitutional Limits on European Law-Making: The Principles of Conferral, Subsidiarity, and Proportionality as Relative Standards'.

The seminar will be held next Thursday, 27 October 2022, 1pm - 2pm (UK time). Please note that this seminar is in week 3 of Michaelmas Term.
