Tobias Lutzi will speak at St Catherine's College on the topic "The Upcoming Reforms to EU Instruments of PIL: Inspiration, Risk, or Opportunity for English Law?". 

The event will be held in Riverside Seminar Room B, and a sandwich lunch will be provided from 12:30pm.
