In this episode, Kelvin Vries, Director of Development of the Oxford Law Black Alumni Network, interviews Barber Professor of Law and Deputy Dean of Birmingham Law School, Nelson Enonchong.
Professor Enonchong was called to the Bar by the Inner Temple in 2006. His research interests include contract law, banking and financial services, international commercial arbitration and comparative law. His publications on duress, undue influence, and unconscionable dealing have been cited by numerous Apex, Appeal and Senior Courts in common law jurisdictions. Prof Enonchong received his PhD and LLM (First Class) from the University of Cambridge and his LLB (First Class) from the University of Yaoundé.
