ESRC Impact Acceleration Account (UN SDG Knowledge Exchange)

The Social Sciences Divisional office manages the third ESRC Impact Acceleration Account.

This award scheme is designed to support researchers from University of Oxford and Oxford Brookes University to deliver Knowledge Exchange (KE) projects based on the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals in collaboration with non-academic partners. Inter- or multi-disciplinary collaboration are strongly encouraged. Projects may address one or more of the SDGs, either domestically or internationally.

This is an annual call, with 15 April 2026 as the next deadline.

Funding in the region of £15k is available for projects lasting up to 12 months. 

Applications must be submitted through the university IRAMS - Internal Research Award Management System. You need to use your SSO to log into the system and to start an application.
