Beneficiaries as Owners

Professor Irit Samet (King's College London) and Professor Hanoch Dagan (Tel Aviv University) will be presenting their paper, Beneficiaries as Owners, from 5.30pm to 6.30pm GMT at the Wharton Room, All Souls College. The presentation will be followed by drinks at 6.30pm. 

This event will take place in person and simultaneously online via Zoom. It is a joint event with the Property Law Discussion Group.

Attending in person

This event has an in-person limit of 30 people. Those who wish to attend should fill out the form that will be sent alongside the advertisement for this event to the Obligation Discussion Group's mailing list.
