Helen is Principal of St Anne’s College, having been the first police officer elected to lead an Oxbridge college. Previous to this, Helen worked for the Cheshire Constabulary, Merseyside Police, and the Metropolitan Police, which she joined as assistant commissioner for territorial policing before becoming assistant commissioner for professionalism in April 2016.
