Corporate bankruptcy law in China: book launch

This event will launch Dr Natalie Mrockova's recently published monograph, Corporate Bankruptcy Law in China (Hart 2021).

Reflections on the book will be offered by Professor Louise Gullifer (Cambridge), Professor Sarah Paterson (London School of Economics) and Professor Simin Gao (Tsinghua University), followed by Q&A with the audience. The event will be chaired by Kristin van Zwieten (University of Oxford and Director of the Commercial Law Centre at Harris Manchester College).
