Harry Tait holds degrees in law and history from the Universities of Queensland and Oxford. His current research concerns the philosophical foundations of insolvency law, and the conflict of laws as it pertains to insolvency. He is currently a visiting researcher at the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris, and a Teaching Fellow at UCL.
