EU regulations, including the Enforcement Directive, have had far reaching implications on the relief granted by the UK courts to enforce intellectual property rights. This presentation explores these implications, providing examples involving different forms of intellectual property. It also lends an opportunity to hear from a practising barrister how it all works in practice.

All are welcome. Light lunch provided.
