The next in the series of Mechanisation of Law workshops will examine the challenges of handling data and will consider issues such as the intersection of privacy, data protection and competition law; consent and the medical use of data and the challenges of enforcing data protection standards. Short papers will be given by computer scientists with commentary from members of the Law Faculty.
