On Thursday (22/10/2020) at 17:00 UK time, Prof Nina Varsava will present at the JDG her paper "Precedent, Interpretive Methodology, and Conflicts of Laws".

Nina Varsava is Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Professor Varsava’s research areas include civil procedure, courts and judicial decisionmaking, and ethics and professional responsibility in the legal and medical contexts. She employs both philosophical and empirical methods to study these topics.
