The Annual Oxford Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition 2017, sponsored by Herbert Smith Freehills and run by the Lady Margaret Hall Law Society, remains the ONLY LEGAL NEGOTIATION COMPETITION run for Oxford University students.

In a business transaction gone wrong, put your negotiation skills to the test and bring a potentially damaging dispute to an agreeable end.

The competition gives an opportunity for law students to test different skills to mooting, which is commonplace in the University. However, perhaps more importantly, it allows non-law students to participate in a legal negotiation competition – valuable experience they could not receive otherwise.

Deadline 19th February 23:59
