Tim is LPA Commander for Aylesbury Vale, before which he served as Chief of Staff to the Chair of the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC). He is also a part-time DPhil in the Centre for Criminology, researching issues of institutional behaviour and legitimacy in policing.
