Professor Eric Descheemaeker (University of Melbourne) will be delivering a paper on 'The standardisation of tort damages'. The paper will be followed by a discussion. The talk will begin at 1pm in the Pusey Room, Keble College and will be followed by a discussion. A sandwich lunch will be provided.
