We are happy to invite you to our first case study event in this term - “Sustainable Securitisation Market” with Allen & Overy (London) team, including Tim Conduit (Partner), Isabel Tinsley (Senior Associate), and Jon Senior (Associate). The Speakers:

Tim Conduit has significant experience in sustainable finance products, across the bank, bond, private placement, and structured finance markets. He has specific expertise in infrastructure and energy financings in the renewable energy space, including onshore and offshore wind and PV/solar projects. Tim has also worked on sustainable loans and bond financings for major regulated businesses in the UK and Europe in the utility and transport sectors. Tim is a regular speaker and commentator on ESG-related issues. Tim has also been involved in initiatives with the World Bank and Global Infrastructure Hub to provide guidance on public-private partnerships to governmental authorities in emerging markets, including on sustainability and climate change-related issues.

Isabel Tinsley is a Senior Associate in Allen & Overy LLP’s Securitization Team. Isabel advises on secured lending transactions, securitizations, and other asset-backed structures, with a particular focus on real estate finance. Isabel has spent time on secondment to the commercial real estate desk of a global investment bank and the Alternative Finance Team of a major asset manager. She was also based in Allen & Overy’s Frankfurt office for several years. Isabel is a committee member of Allen & Overy’s Social Finance and Impact Investment Group and is knowledgeable in the area of sustainable finance and ESG. She worked on the River Green Finance CMBS which was the first green CMBS in Europe.

Jon Senior is an Associate in Allen & Overy’s Capital Markets Team. Jon advises on a range of securitizations and infrastructure financings in the bond, bank, and institutional debt markets. Jon is a member of Allen & Overy’s ESG Working Group, and his work focuses in particular on financings for the construction and/or operation of infrastructure assets in the renewable energy sector (including a number of UK offshore wind projects), the utility sector and the transport sector.
