After a number of very successful events which took place annually from 2016 to 2019, we are delighted to announce the V Oxford Arbitration Day.

The event will take place on Friday, 13 November 2020 and it is co-organised by the Commercial Law Centre (Harris Manchester College, University of Oxford), the Oxford International Arbitration Society, and the EDUCA Foundation.

The full-day event will discuss important issues related to international arbitration with specialists from all over the world, divided into four panels: (i) Roundtable – the view from the client, (ii) Complex construction arbitrations, (iii) Failure to perform due to pandemics and arbitration, and (iv) Interim measures in international arbitration.

The keynote speech will be an interview with The Honorable Charles N. Brower.

Due to current travel restrictions, the V Oxford Arbitration Day will be held online (free of charge). For registration and the programme, please click here: http://cultcorp.com.br/oxford.
