The Statute Law Society and the Study of Parliament Group present a lecture by Lord Lisvane KCB DL, former Clerk of the House of Commons: "Why is there so much bad legislation?"
The lecture will take place at 6.15 pm in Committee Room 1 in the House of Lords, Houses of Parliament.
The lecture will be chaired by Lord Justice Sales.
