Oxford Business Law Blog launched

The Oxford Business Law Blog (OBLB) was launched on 14 March 2016 and is housed on the Law Faculty website, and linked from the Business Law Hub.

The OBLB is a major initiative of the Oxford Law faculty. It is envisaged that the OBLB will become a leading forum for the exchange of ideas and reporting of new developments in business law. Business law for these purposes is defined broadly, to include corporate governance, financial regulation, corporate finance, M&A, commercial law and corporate tax.

The content of the OBLB will be provided by academics, practitioners and others interested in business law, and will include opinion pieces, reports on the findings of new research and comment and analysis on recent developments in practice. The OBLB will have a global focus, and will cover developments from around the world, as well as covering European issues.

Submissions are warmly invited.  The submission guidelines are available here.

The OBLB is edited by Luca Enriques, Jennifer Payne and Kristin van Zwieten, with associate editors Thom Wetzer, Clara Pereira and Martin Bengtzen.

The OBLB is generously sponsored by Travers Smith.
