The new issue of the Journal of the Oxford Centre for Socio-Legal Studies has now been published. Including articles on what judges really think, advice for online intermediaries, and ground-breaking family law in Brazil, the 'wire from the field' on navigating sensitive fieldwork, and the 'socio-legal object' querying whether one can own the Bible. Also included in this issue is Emeritus Professor Denis Galligan's Socio-Legal Lecture on 'The Constitutional Crisis of 2016: An Historical Perspective'.

The Journal of the Oxford Centre for Socio-Legal Studies is an independent journal published in e-format by the graduate students of the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies of the University of Oxford.
