Kate Surala
Congratulations to MLF alumna Kate Surala, who was recently featured on Management Today’s 35 Women Under 35 list. Now in its 19th year, the list spotlights the country’s top businesswomen, with alumni including Stella McCartney, Martha Lane Fox and Karen Blackett. Commenting on the prestigious recognition, Surala said, 'I am absolutely delighted to be part of this year's Management Today 35 Women Under 35 list. Thanks for the support of my family, friends, mentor, my firm, and the Oxford community, I could not have achieved this without you all.'

As Head of Compliance and Legal, she oversees all operations at The Analyst, as well as strategic development of the business. Outside of work, Kate is working on her PhD thesis on the unbundling requirements introduced by MiFID II at Radboud University Nijmegen, supervised by Professor Dr Danny Busch, LLM (Utrecht), MJur (Oxon). She also supports the digital charity platform Cancer Central UK.
