The Bonavero Institute publishes its latest Report No. 6/2020: 'Codification of Administrative Law in Common-Law Systems: Insights from Australia and South Africa - A Submission to the United Kingdom Independent Review of Administrative Law Panel'

The new Bonavero Report No. 6/2020, titled 'Codification of Administrative Law in Common-Law Systems: Insights from Australia and South Africa - A Submission to the United Kingdom Independent Review of Administrative Law Panel', is authored by Professor Catherine O’Regan, Director of the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights, and Professor Cheryl Saunders AO, Founding Director of the University of Melbourne’s Centre for Comparative Law Studies. It was submitted on 25 October 2020 to the UK’s Independent Review of Administrative Law as part of their Call for Evidence.
