Angela Maria Felicetti

Angela Maria Felicetti is a postdoctoral research fellow in civil procedural law at the University of Bologna, where she also teaches Online Dispute Resolution and International Business Negotiation. She holds a PhD from Bologna and an LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution from King's College London, and was a visiting PhD scholar at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law. Her research concerns alternative dispute resolution and its digital transformation, including online arbitration and mediation, AI-based dispute resolution tools, and complaint-handling mechanisms in the platform economy under EU law. She also sits on the Milan panel of the Italian Banking and Financial Ombudsman (Arbitro Bancario Finanziario), the ADR scheme established at the Bank of Italy.
