Holly Leung

Holly is a DPhil student at the University of Oxford. Her research focuses on law of the sea and its interaction with other regimes of public international law. 

Prior to her DPhil studies, Holly studied the Bachelor of Civil Law (Distinction) at St Catherine’s College, University of Oxford. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Hong Kong.
