Mila Đorđević

Biography

Mila Đorđević is a PhD candidate and Teaching Assistant in Sociology of Law at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law. Her doctoral research focuses on access to justice for precarious workers in Serbia, with particular attention to structural injustice, labour rights, and legal consciousness. She holds an LLB and MA in Law from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, as well as an MA in Sociology from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Philosophy. As part of the Horizon Twinning project “Advancing Cooperation on the Foundations of Law – ALF”, she undertook research stays at the Lisbon Public Law Research Centre, the Surrey Centre for Law and Philosophy, and the Tarello Institute for Legal Philosophy. She also serves as Executive Editor of Eudaimonia – Journal for Legal, Political and Social Theory. Her broader research interests include social inequalities and law, legal consciousness, legal professions, and efficiency of justice.
