Biography

Oskar is a DPhil candidate at the Faculty of Law, supervised by Mr. Nicholas Bamforth. His research focusses on the values underpinning constitutional adjudication of sexual orientation rights in different jurisdictions, and is generously supported by a studentship from the Arts and Humanities Research Council.

Before undertaking the DPhil, Oskar read for the BA (First Class) and BCL (Distinction) at Lady Margaret Hall, in addition to spending a year at Universiteit Leiden through the ERASMUS Study Abroad programme.

Oskar is also a Stipendiary Lecturer at Hertford College in Contract and Tort.
