Biography
Param Pandya is currently pursuing MSc Law and Finance at the University of Oxford. He is also the J N Tata Scholar (2019-2020). He graduated from Gujarat National Law University, Gujarat, India in 2015 as a Gold Medallist. He has worked with Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy, New Delhi, India (Vidhi) as a Research Fellow in the Corporate Law and Financial Regulation vertical. Prior to joining Vidhi, he worked in the General Corporate team at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Mumbai, a leading law firm in India. His areas of interest include financial regulation and corporate governance.
He has been a guest contributor to the Oxford Business Law Blog (OBLB) and currently serves as the Associate Editor at OBLB.
