Yuxue is a DPhil student at Keble College, Oxford. She holds degrees of MPhil and MJur (Oxford), MSc in Global China Studies (Hong Kong) and LLB (Shandong). She is interested in Chinese law, public law and legal theories in general. Her current DPhil research examines the effects of parliamentary accountability mechanisms on the government approach to engage private finance in public projects, providing a constitutional analysis on the rise and demise of PFI/PF2 in the UK. The thesis is supervised by Professor Paul Craig.
