Registration Fees 2023-2024

We are thrilled to welcome you to this year's Price Moot Court Competition. As we adapt to the evolving circumstances, we have made some updates to our registration fees for both Regional and the International Rounds.

Regional Rounds Participation Fee:

For teams participating in the Regional Rounds, we have established a fixed fee of £400 per team

If you wish to pay registration fee please visit our online shop

Important Information: Please consult your respective Regional Round page for the deadline for registration fee payment.

We understand that the registration fee may pose challenges for some teams, particularly those from low/middle-income countries. If your team falls into this category, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We are committed to doing our utmost to facilitate your participation in this year's competition.

International Rounds Fees:

This year, for the International Rounds, since we are going to in person rounds in Oxford the registration fee will be set on basis per person not per team.

The participation fee is applicable to all team members including the coach and observers. This fee is due by 1st April 2024. If you have qualified for the International Round of this year’s competition and wish to pay your registration fees please visit our online payment shop here.

We are pleased to be able to offer several categories of fees per person for teams competing in International Rounds this year:

  • 150 GBP per person – for countries listed as Low Income Countries according to World Bank classifications, list of countries is available here
  • 250 GBP per person - for countries listed as Middle Income Countries according to World Bank classifications, list of countries is available here
  • 350 GBP  per person – for all other counties not listed above

*Please note the fee does not cover any accommodation or travel costs. Teams are responsible for organising and paying for this themselves. We will, however, be pleased to advise teams on accommodation options in Oxford. This information will be published in due course.

For any questions or clarifications, please contact the organizing team directly by email at sarah.norman@law.ox.ac.uk

Note: this is only applicable to qualifying teams as it serves to cover the expenses of running the International Rounds at the University of Oxford.

Supporting the Price Moot: If you are interested in supporting the Price Moot through donations, whether to a specific Regional Round or the International Rounds, please do not hesitate to contact us at pricemootoxford@law.ox.ac.uk. Your contributions play a pivotal role in advancing the goals of our competition.

We eagerly anticipate another year of challenging and inspiring Price Moot Court Competition. Thank you for your ongoing dedication to the Price Moot Court, and we look forward to witnessing your outstanding advocacy.
