The IX Oxford Arbitration Day will take place at Wolfson College on 21 November 2025. The conference is an annual arbitration event co-organised by the Oxford International Arbitration Society, Canal Arbitragem (Arbitration Channel), and the Commercial Law Centre at Harris Manchester College.
This year’s conference will feature 4 panels, 16 speakers, 4 moderators and a Fireside Chat. The panels will discuss:
- Reforms to arbitration frameworks across the globe
- International arbitration, trade war and geopolitical confrontation
- Silence in arbitration
- Shareholders’ disputes and arbitration
The final session is a Fireside Chat: A conversation between Maxi Scherer (LCIA Court President, UK) and Pierre Mayer (Pierre Mayer International Arbitration, France), moderated by Alexander Leventhal (Quinn Emanuel, France).
