For our first seminar of Hilary Term, we are joined by Professor Elise Muir (KU Leuven), who will speak on the topic:

Taking the fundamental rights’ implications of EU legislation more seriously". 

The seminar will be held on Monday, 22 Jan 2024, 1pm - 2pm UTC (please note this is not our usual day). As always, the event will be hybrid. For those of you who are in Oxford, please join us in person. The seminar will take place at the Faculty of Law, St Cross Building, Seminar Room L. A light sandwich lunch will be provided before the meeting at 12.30pm outside the room.
