Sandra Fredman discusses "Human Rights at Work" with the Joint Committee on Human Rights

On Wednesday 7 June, Sandra Fredman, Director of the Oxford Human Rights Hub and Professor of the Laws of the British Commonwealth and the United States, was invited to give evidence to the UK Parliament's Joint Committee on Human Rights at the first session in their inquiry into "Human Rights at Work". The inquiry specifically focuses on how the universal protections guaranteed in the European Convention on Human Rights apply to the world of work and the rights of workers.
