Position Description
Key responsibilities are:
- Support PSS Line Managers with training needs
- Support the Faculty Disability Advisor (the HR Manager) and foster an inclusive culture for disabled staff.
- Help promote awareness and support the development and implementation of EDI policies and practices
- Development and implementation of the new Faculty Mentoring Scheme for academic staff
