Position Description

Key responsibilities are:

  • Support PSS, Research, Teaching and Academic staff with training needs and career development
  • Support and coordinate leadership training for Faculty leaders
  • Develop and coordinate training programmes for all staff
  • Support the Faculty Disability Advisor (the HR Manager) and foster an inclusive culture for disabled staff
  • Help promote awareness and support the development and implementation of EDI policies and practice
  • Develop and implement the new Faculty Mentoring Scheme for all staff
  • Part of the Coaching apprenticeship
