Position Description
Key responsibilities are:
- Support PSS, Research, Teaching and Academic staff with training needs and career development
- Support and coordinate leadership training for Faculty leaders
- Develop and coordinate training programmes for all staff
- Support the Faculty Disability Advisor (the HR Manager) and foster an inclusive culture for disabled staff
- Help promote awareness and support the development and implementation of EDI policies and practice
- Develop and implement the new Faculty Mentoring Scheme for all staff
- Part of the Coaching apprenticeship
