Position Description

Key responsibilities are:

  • Support PSS Line Managers with training needs
  • Support the Faculty Disability Advisor (the HR Manager) and foster an inclusive culture for disabled staff.
  • Help promote awareness and support the development and implementation of EDI policies and practices
  • Development and implementation of the new Faculty Mentoring Scheme for academic staff
