Nima Mukherjee

The Senior Access and Outreach Officer plays a leading role in designing, developing and implementing the Faculty’s access and outreach programme of activities. 

• Leads the Faculty's access and outreach strategy and programmes.
• Works to increase access to legal education and widen participation among underrepresented groups.
• Designs, develops, and delivers outreach initiatives, events, and engagement activities.
• Collaborates with colleagues across the central/collegiate university alongside external partners (schools, firms/chambers).
• Oversees the recruitment, training, and management of student ambassadors and volunteers.
• Leads the development of communications and digital content for outreach audiences.
• Uses data, evaluation, and evidence-based approaches to improve outreach activities and measure impact.
• Manages outreach budgets, projects, and resources.
• Represents the Faculty at internal and external events and serves as a key contact for access and outreach matters.
• Provides leadership and line management within the access and outreach team.
